Shakeaway is the original re-inventor of milkshakes and started a cult following in 1999 with the first shop opening in the sunny seaside town of Bournemouth on the south coast of England. After receiving such a positive response from their lovely customers, they now have stores opening around the world! Now with more than 180 flavours and millions of possible combinations, each milkshake is made to order by hand for every customer, using real and fresh ingredients every time.
We have been supplying ingredients and services to several Shakeaway sites, including Bath, Bournemouth, Bristol, Kingston-Upon-Thames, Reading and many more! We must be doing something right as Shakeaway have chosen us Again to supply another shop with products and services.
We have recently installed a brand new Iberital IB7 2 Group coffee machine at Shakeaway’s brand new shop in Eastbourne! The Iberital IB7 design is based on an extremely dynamic, informal style. The electronic Iberital IB7 Alto version allows you to achieve excellence in the brewing of quality espresso coffee and it is extremely easy to use and reliable in every situation. Black panels are enhanced by a metallic effect that gives the Iberital IB7 a shiny, modern feel. The Alto version gives you the capability of using take way cups or latte glasses under the group handles, vending straight into the cup. This machine is also available as a Two Group Compact machine if space is at a premium.
When purchasing a traditional coffee machine, we always discuss the specific requirements of the machine’s maintenance. All Traditional coffee machines, older than 14 months from date of new supply, require an annual pressure test to comply with the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000. Failure to do so may invalidate insurance claims but could put your customers and staff at risk! We are able carry out pressure tests on all Traditional coffee machines so please get in touch today to arrange an engineer.
We recommend to all our customers that Coffee Machines that are plumbed in should be set up with a Brita Purity C Filter. Shakeaway Eastbourne have decided on fitting a Brita C500 Water Filter, these Brita filters will help to prevent unwanted taste and odours within the water and keep scale related problems to a minimum. We can monitor your Brita Filters and change it when required, giving you a ‘scale related guarantee’ and peace of mind.
As Shakeaway is an original company, it’s no surprise they wanted their own coffee in original packaging. After speaking with our sales team, Shakeaway have discussed and designed their own bag and label to proudly display their logo. Here at Coffee Solutions we can work with you to create your own bespoke blend of coffee or if preferred, you can use one of our stock blends of coffee with your own logo design – a great idea for those within the catering sector.
