Rx Technologies are based in Southsea, Portsmouth and are in the high end food, drink and hospitality business. Based around two companies – Cheers and Capers Café offering delicious food, lovely wine and friendly service.

Rx Technologies Ltd have recently purchased a fully refurbished Jura Giga X8c with Universal Fridge and Glass Cup Warmer giving them a complete package. The Jura Giga X8c offers everything needed by staff in a large office or break-out room, delivering up to 31 individually programmable speciality coffees and another 12 barista recipes all at the touch of a button! As well as offering simple operation, the integrated rinsing and cleaning operations can be carried out at the touch of a button, so the daily clean and maintenance is now easier than ever! This machine is also available with a tanked option, allowing flexible and mobile use. With two bean hoppers – Decaf can be an option.

We recommend to all our customers that Coffee Machines that are plumbed in should be set up with a Brita Purity C Filter. The Brita filters will help to prevent unwanted taste and odours within the water and keep scale related problems to a minimum. We can monitor your Brita Filters and change it when required, giving you a ‘scale related guarantee’ and peace of mind.

All our ingredients are compatible with the machines we supply, and our trained engineers will have set the machines up according to the desired products ensuring Simply, great coffee every time. We also provide all the cleaning products and advise or train our customers how and when to use them.

All our refurbished machines become available after upgrading customers to new machines or end of lease machines, so we recycle the old ones and offer them as refurbished.
