A medium/dark roasted and rich espresso blend including Brazilian, Central American and Robusta beans.
This sweet, full bodied Brazil makes up the base of this blend, with Robusta beans added to give brightness, and Central American coffees to bring balance. The result is a blend with a full body and syrupy mouthfeel, orange like acidity and milk chocolate sweetness.
Our light medium roast makes this blend ideal for complex black coffees like Americanos and long blacks, as well as short milk based drinks like flat whites and cortados
This coffee is a good all day drinking coffee that well suit most machines on the market full bodied coffee, with a velvety mouthfeel and sweet dark cocoa notes in the aftertaste, it is pleasant as an espresso or in milk based drinks in particular Cappuccinos and Café Lattes

Cup Profile: A medium dark roasted blend with a profile that is full bodied with Caramel, Richness, Dark Chocolate and Nutty finish.
Brazil: The natural processed Brazilian Arabica beans are sourced from the Minas Gerais region. They offer the blend sweetness, body and a smooth mouthfeel. Sweetness reminiscent of molasses and hazelnut can be found. A perfect base for a blend.
Central and South America: Coffees from these countries are used interchangeably depending on seasonality and availability. They have in a common medium level of acidity and a clean crisp finish.
India: This high quality natural processed robusta is shade grown amongst other plants such as cardamom and pepper. This coffee is full bodied with a velvety mouth feel and dark cocoa notes in the aftertaste. This coffee lends itself to adding power to an espresso blend.
