We had a call from a customer living in Oxfordshire who had been sold a machine which was not suitable for his requirements. After speaking to one of our sales team, the customer drove to our showroom in Cambridge so they could see the options and try the machines. A great move, as they walked away with a machine much better suited to their needs.
The customer purchased a refurbished Jura Impressa X9 Coffee Machine. This Fully Refurbished Jura Impressa X9 Platinum is capable of serving 100 – 150 fresh coffees per day. 2 precision grinders, 2 bean hoppers each can hold 650g of espresso beans and a large 5Ltr water tank. A choice of 12 different drinks can be programmed. Making great Espresso – Americano – Cappuccino – Caffe Latte. If Decaf is an option you would like, this machine can vend via the 2nd Hopper giving you choice.
We recommend to all our customers to use our cleaning and descaling products to ensure that the coffee machine continues to perform at the highest level. All our refurbished machines become available after upgrading customers to new machines or end of lease machines, so we recycle the old ones and offer them as refurbished.
All our Refurbished coffee machines come with a 6 months warranty, (unless otherwise stated) any machine that has been refurbished will have been through our workshop. The machines are stripped down to the basics and any parts required will be replaced and any exterior work will be restored to the highest level.
