Market Kitchen Ely has recently taken over an established Tea Room in Ely. Looking to grow the business in this very competitive market, they offer seated table service and takeaway, Sally and Sarah are expanding the Market Street venue and have completed a makeover of what was formally ‘The Lunch Box’. The new Market Kitchen will be offering Breakfast and Lunch Menu’s along with Coffee and Cakes. After a visit to our showroom one Saturday morning with Jan, our Sales Manager, Market Kitchen Ely have chosen to use a fully refurbished Fracino Contempo 2 Group! The Fracino boasts a stainless-steel finish that shines like polished chrome, making it a stunning, yet timeless focal point in any café, bar or restaurant. Fracino’s Contempo machines are semi-automatic and have two steam wands. All Contempo machines have large capacity boilers, high-powered elements and are hand built to the highest standards, using only the finest stainless steel, copper and brass. This machine was completely stripped out, the boiler fully descaled and any parts that required changing – were replaced. The machine was given a Safety Pressure Test and a certificate was issued with the machine. When we say Fully Refurbished – we MEAN Fully Refurbished.

All Traditional coffee machines, older than 14 months from date of new supply, require an annual pressure test to comply with the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000. Failure to do so may invalidate insurance claims but can also put your customers and staff at risk! We are able carry out pressure tests on all Traditional coffee machines so please get in touch today to arrange an engineer.

With the machine, we supplied a New on Demand Grinder which enables accurate dosage at a faster rate and produces less waste of ground coffee. Sat alongside a Traditional machine these will meet all your expectations.

We recommend to all our customers that Coffee Machines that are plumbed in should be set up with a Brita Purity C Filter. The Brita filters will help to prevent unwanted taste and odours within the water and keep scale related problems to a minimum. We can monitor your Brita Filters and change it when required, giving you a ‘scale related guarantee’ and peace of mind.

Market Kitchen Ely are using our Caffe Espresso Gourmet Beans – Caffe Decaf Espresso Grind – A full range of our Birchall’s Teas presented in one of our Condiment Tidy Units (great presentation) – Simply Great Coffee Cups and Saucers and a Luxury Barista Kit! Everything they needed to get up and running to offer Simply, great beverages.

All our refurbished machines become available after upgrading customers to new machines or end of lease machines, so we recycle the old ones and offer them as refurbished.
