The Golden Ball Hotel is a beautiful 16th Century thatched inn situated in the peaceful village of Boxworth. The building has been tastefully refurbished and extended to incorporate a cosy bar, a spacious restaurant seating up to 60 people, private dining room and 10 en-suite bedrooms in a separate annex. The owners of the Golden Ball Hotel are dedicated to meeting the needs of their customers so if there is anything that they can do to make your occasion special – just ask!
The Golden Ball Hotel have been customers for many years, so we are extremely pleased that they have chosen us to upgrade their current coffee machine. After careful consideration, they have decided to purchase one of our Fully Refurbished Jura Giga X8c Coffee Machines, this was an upgrade from the Jura Xj9 Machine. have also purchased a Fully Refurbished Jura Combi Cool to accompany the Jura Giga X8c which is just one of the various accessories available, creating the perfect solution to suit your coffee machine requirements.
All our Refurbished coffee machines come with a 6 months warranty, any machine that has been refurbished will have been through our workshop. The machines are stripped down to the basics and any parts required will be replaced and any exterior work will be restored to the highest level. We offer an extended warranty to all our customers to help protect against any unexpected service costs if your machine suddenly breaks down.
We also supply The Golden Ball Hotel with our Caffe Velluto Gourmet Coffee Beans, Caffe Decaff Gourmet Coffee Beans, Simply Dutch Hot Chocolate Sachets and our cleaning products to keep the machine running as smoothly as possible, ensuring the machine produces Simply, great coffee every time.
They used a Brita Purity C150 filter on the previous machine and will continue to use this filter on their new machine. The Brita Filter will be changed every six months, something Simply, great coffee monitor for the customer, giving you a ‘scale related guarantee’ and peace of mind. The Brita filters will help to prevent unwanted taste and odours within the water and keep scale related problems to a minimum.
