Delissimo is a family run cafe, caterer and sandwich shop located in the centre of the historic market town of Buntingford in Hertfordshire, supplying local residents and visitors with breakfast, coffee, light lunches and sandwiches for over 5 years. Everything on the menu is home cooked and available to either take away or eat in!  Their motto is – ‘Big enough to cope and small enough to care, we hope we can be of service’.

Delissimo have been a customer for many years, enjoying the same products and services since 2009! They previously owned a Fracino Contempo 2 Group coffee machine but as the business grew, the machine needed upgrading. Having had a couple of service calls on the existing machine and speaking with the service team, Delissimo purchased a brand new Iberital Compact 2 Group coffee machine. The Iberital Compact 2 Group is ideal for Delissimo as the compact design will enable it to fit into spaces that the larger machines will not, while not compromising on its ability. This machine is extremely easy to use and reliable in every situation, perfect for those looking to purchase their first traditional coffee machine.

To ensure the coffee machine runs as smoothly as possible, we have supplied Delissimo with our Liquid Quartz, suitable for cleaning your coffee group heads daily. The IB7 Machines now have the auto cleaning system, making this process faster and easier to do.

On the Iberital Compact 2 Group, Delissimo have chosen to fit a Brita C500 Filter. These filters will help to prevent any tastes and odours from within the water and keep any scale related problems to a minimum.  If we monitor and change the filters when required, we can offer a ‘scale related guarantee’ giving our customers peace of mind.

All Traditional coffee machines, older than 14 months from date of new supply, require an annual pressure test to comply with the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000. Failure to do so may invalidate insurance claims but can put your customers and staff at risk! We are able carry out pressure tests on all Traditional coffee machines so please get in touch today to arrange an engineer.
