Colenzo’s Restaurant & Lounge, located at Southend-On-Sea and Chelmsford, opened in early 2018. Colenzo’s put an emphasis on great steak and fish options as well as other popular dishes and put their efforts into making Colenzo’s a restaurant which you can pop into for Brunch, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Dinner or just to enjoy some drinks and a catch up with friends. Colenzo’s shares its name with a much-loved Ruby King Charles Cavalier. Incorporating the ruby, copper colour from the breed within the restaurants colour scheme, décor and finishing touches. As a restaurant that loves dogs they also welcome any four-legged companions at their outside terraces at both locations so why not bring them along! the best produce around, cooked to perfection by their executive chef and his team.

We have supplied Colenzo’s Restaurant & Lounge in Southend-On-Sea with a Franke A600 FoamMaster Coffee Machine and a Lincat EB3FX/PB Boiler. The Franke A600 FoamMaster, with its advanced milk system has an unmatched consistent quality of milk foam for every drink. Along with the intelligent cleaning system, this machine gives you a complete Coffee Shop experience, offering a comprehensive range of drinks, from the perfect Latte Macchiato to Classic Espresso and even a chilled Strawberry milk drink! The FoamMaster is the key to unlock a virtually limitless range of delicious speciality coffee and milk drinks. This is perfect for those who love to experiment with flavours and bring something new into their daily coffee. The machine can make variants of drinks sizes, decaf, two drinks at a time, extra shots, hot chocolate, and with the flavour station, added flavours.

In busy catering establishments, offices and canteens, the Lincat Boiler will provide prime filtered water for tea – 24 hours a day. Built with clever diagnostics to reduce maintenance times and monitor limescale build-up, the machine will reduce running costs with an eco-mode for quiet periods as well as a programmable timer for overnight switch-off.

We also supply Brita Filters to Colenzo’s Restaurant & Lounge to help protect their machine from scale and impurities within the water supply. They are currently using a C1100 Brita Water Filter, this will be changed depending on throughput or on a yearly basis. If your filter is monitored by Simply, great coffee, we will give you a scale related guarantee and ‘peace of mind’.
