Blair Drummond Smiddy Farm Shop is in the beautiful surroundings of Stirling, Scotland. A family run business with a team of fully experience and enthusiastic people running the show. The farm shop offered locally sourced produce from suppliers around Scotland, from local/seasonal fruit and veg to ready meals, pies, and bacon with a fully stock deli and a comprehensive selection of Gluten Free items. Within the shop you will also find, craft brews, gifts, textiles and now – Christmas Fayre. The Café is open for Breakfast and Lunch and serving meals throughout the day where you can take in the view of the Gargunnock hills whilst enjoying a cup of Simply, great coffee

Blair Drummond Smiddy Café have recently had a New High-End Franke A1000 FoamMaster Clean Master Coffee Machine installed. The A1000 is packed with cutting-edge innovations such as the iQFlow which opens the technology that gives access to a whole new level of flavour extraction and product consistency. The FoamMaster guarantees perfect foam every single time and steam wand for using other varieties of milk. The Multimedia screen give precise and clean icons and is ideal for back of counter or self-service areas. All Franke machines have a comprehensive menu available from making 2 drinks at time – different size drinks – extra shots and much more. The cleaning of the FMCM machines is an integrated system to ensure that strict hygiene standards are met and with the ‘prompt’ the machine give, you will never forget to clean it.

We recommend to all our customers that Coffee Machines that are plumbed in should be set up with a Brita Purity C Filter. The Brita filters will help to prevent unwanted taste and odours within the water and keep scale related problems to a minimum. We can monitor your Brita Filters and change it when required, giving you a ‘scale related guarantee’ and peace of mind.

Blair Drummond Smiddy Farm Shop are using our Caffe Espresso Gourmet Beans and our Caffe Decaf Gourmet Beans in the Franke A1000 FMCM, giving their customers a good choice of drinks, flavours and strengths. Along with our Simply Dutch 16% Cocoa Chocolate you couldn’t ask for more All our ingredients are compatible with the machines we supply, and our trained engineers will have set the machines up according to the desired products ensuring Simply, great coffee every time.

We also provide all the cleaning products and advise or train our customers how and when to use them. The Franke A1000 FMCM will use the Quarterly cleaning pack for the daily cleaning programme.
