Supporting the Community – Giving something back with Simply, great coffee!
The Canterbury Umbrella Centre is a Charity Community Centre that is open to everybody and particularly provides support to people with mental health problems. Umbrella is in a purpose-built centre designed as a place where people can come and feel welcomed and supported. The community building was opened in October 1992. On the ground floor it has a large meeting and community area, plus a fully fitted kitchen which enables the centre to provide a café service. Upstairs is the Rotary Room – a large games area with pool and table tennis and a computer suite. The Centre incorporates activities and programmes that promote good health and wellbeing in a safe and stimulating environment with support and guidance from the Team.
The Canterbury Umbrella Centre has a beautiful Restaurant and Kitchen where we have recently installed a fully refurbished Bravilor Esprecious Bean to Cup Machine for them to offer Simply, great coffee and enhance their menu. The Bravilor Esprecious Bean to Cup Machine offers a range of speciality drinks from Caffe Latte to Mocha. This machine depending on the software can vend two size drinks or two drinks at a time, making it very versatile. The front screen can be personalised to have you own images, logo or message on the screensaver, background and drinks icons. If welcoming your customers is important, then make it work for you! We personalised the screen for The Canterbury Umbrella with their logo – giving a personal touch to their new machine.
The Canterbury Umbrella are using our Caffe Espresso Beans, 100% Skimmed Milk and Simply Dutch Chocolate in the Bravilor Esprecious Bean to cup machine, giving them Simply, great drinks every time. All our ingredients are compatible with the machines we supply, and our trained engineers will have set the machines up according to the desired products ensuring Simply, great coffee every time. We also provide all the cleaning products and advise or train our customers how and when to use them. The Bravilor Esprecious Machines require a daily tablet brewer clean and a quarterly descale is highly recommended, if you are unsure of what to use and how to use them, please call and speak to one of our team.
We recommend to all our customers that Coffee Machines that are plumbed in should be set up with a Brita Purity C Filter. The Brita filters will help to prevent unwanted taste and odours within the water and keep scale related problems to a minimum. We can monitor your Brita Filters and change it when required, giving you a ‘scale related guarantee’ and peace of mind. We installed the Brita C150 with this machine and arranged to change every six months.
All our Refurbished coffee machines come with a 6 months warranty, (unless otherwise stated) any machine that has been refurbished will have been through our workshop. The machines are stripped down to the basics and any parts required will be replaced and any exterior work will be restored to the highest level.
