Bistro @ the station is a new, award winning place to have a drink and a bite to eat. The Bistro is a community interest project driven by local people for both the village and the commuters who use busy Etchingham station.

Bistro @ the station have recently purchased a Macap M7A Automatic Stepless Grinder with Doser to accompany their traditional coffee machine. The Macap M7 is a large, powerful doser grinder with a 1.4kg hopper capacity and 800 W professional grade motor which rotates the 75mm flat grinding burrs at 1400 RPM. This speed is perfect for fast results, yet slow enough not to heat the beans which can effect the taste. The M7 grinder features stepless incremental adjustment of the fineness of the grind for precise control.
